Superselection Theory for Subsystems
An inclusion of observable nets satisfying duality induces an inclusion of canonical field nets. Any Bose net intermediate between the observable net and the field net and satisfying duality is the fixed– point net of the field net under a compact group. This compact group is its canonical gauge group if the occurrence of sectors with infinite statistics can be ruled out for the observable net ...
متن کاملساختار کلاسهایی از حلقه های z- موضعی و c- موضعی the structure of some classes of z-local and c-local rings
Quaternionic gabor filters for local structure classification
We introduce quaternionic Gabor filters for the classification of local image structure. These filters are constructed as windowed basis functions of the quaternionic Fourier transform. We show that – in contrast to the 2D complex Gabor filters – the quaternionic Gabor filters are intrinsically 2D filters. A generalized phase concept is introduced and compared to the classical one. It is shown ...
متن کاملOptimum Ensemble Classification for Fully Polarimetric SAR Data Using Global-Local Classification Approach
In this paper, a proposed ensemble classification for fully polarimetric synthetic aperture radar (PolSAR) data using a global-local classification approach is presented. In the first step, to perform the global classification, the training feature space is divided into a specified number of clusters. In the next step to carry out the local classification over each of these clusters, which cont...
متن کاملThe classification of torsion endo - trivial modules
This paper settles a problem raised at the end of the seventies by J.L. Alperin [Al1], E.C. Dade [Da] and J.F. Carlson [Ca1], namely the classification of torsion endo-trivial modules for a finite p-group over a field of characteristic p. Our results also imply, at least when p is odd, the complete classification of torsion endo-permutation modules. We refer to [CaTh] and [BoTh] for an overview...
